Our specialty
Post-Construction Cleaning
The final clean your renovation deserves.
Construction dust doesn't sit on surfaces — it hides inside vents, on top of door frames, inside cabinet hinges and in every grout line. Our post-construction crews work in phases, led by an on-site supervisor and overseen remotely by a project manager, with HEPA-filtered equipment so the dust leaves the building instead of resettling the next morning.

FAQ
Common questions
Construction dust is finer, heavier and more abrasive than household dust. It gets into vents, cabinet interiors, door tops, window tracks and grout. A regular cleaner pushes it around; we capture it with HEPA-filtered vacuums, remove paint, caulk, adhesive and grout haze with surface-safe methods, and work in phases led by an on-site supervisor, with a project manager overseeing every job remotely. It's a different job with different tools — and that's all we focus on.
